EAAA Structure

EAAA or Edelweiss Alternative Asset Advisors or Edelweiss AAA wherever mentioned across this document or the website refers to one or more of Edelweiss Alternative Asset Advisors Limited (EAAAL), Edelweiss Alternative Asset Advisors Pte. EAAAL manages SEBI registered Alternative Investment Funds (‘AIFs’) by virtue of the investment management agreement executed with respective AIFs. The role of EAAAL in the said context is to manage and provide advice to the AIFs with respect to the investment and divestment decisions based on the investment objectives and policy of the AIF.

Offshore funds which are based out of Singapore for which EAAAPL (a company incorporated in Singapore) is the investment manager by virtue of the investment management agreement executed with the respective offshore funds. The role of EAAAPL in the said context is to manage and provide non-binding and non-exclusive advice to the offshore funds with respect to the investment and divestment decisions based on the investment objectives and policy of the offshore funds.

EAAAL has been appointed as the investment sub-advisor to the offshore investment manager i.e. EAAAPL and in that capacity EAAAL’s role is to provide non-exclusive and non-binding recommendations to EAAAPL.
